Handmade in the Cotswolds
About the company
A small Cotswolds kitchen with one set of hands and a lot of time.
Stockwolds was started in Chipping Campden, Gloucestershire, making proper stock the old-fashioned way. What began as home cooking for friends and family grew, slowly, into something worth bottling.
Everything is made here. Nothing is outsourced, nothing is mass-produced. The kitchen is deliberately small, so every batch gets the time it needs.
About the product
Stockpots — concentrated, slow-simmered stock in a 40g jar.
Each jar is reduced stock, made from whole chickens and bones, root vegetables, and herbs, simmered low and long. Dissolve one in a litre of hot water for stock, or spoon it straight into a risotto, gravy, or sauce to deepen the flavour.
Three to choose from. Chicken — our flagship, made from whole birds, bones, and feet. Vegetable — leek, onion, carrot, mushroom, celery, and aromatics. Beef — slow-simmered bones with red wine and Worcestershire.
No powders. No concentrates from elsewhere. No shortcuts.
